We want you to love every piece you purchase from Rowan, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must have original tags attached and be free of any signs of wear or alterations.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original packaging is included to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
